Border Media to acquire WLGR
NEW YORK, NY – June 19, 2026 — Border Media, a New York-based multimedia company, announced today that it has assumed ownership of radio station WLGR (93.5 FM), serving Glens Falls, Queensbury and the Lake George region. The FCC-licensed station is being acquired from Sticks Media LLC, owned by Todd Nixon, in lieu of a promissory note held by Border Media.
The transition is designed to ensure operational continuity and a seamless experience for both listeners and local advertisers. Border Media, known for its dedication to authentic local broadcasting and audio technology innovation, looks forward to guiding the station into its next chapter.
